Eight people were arrested by the
Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) Ministerial Task Team on the
enforcement of COVID-19 restrictions for violation of the curfew imposed on the
territory for impersonating Army officers.

During Thursday’s briefing in Abuja,

arrested in Kubwa and Dutse Alhaji Districts of the FCT would be brought before
the Mobile Courts.

soldier, but on questioning admitted that he was lying to escape arrest.
