Coconut rice is a savory side dish made with rice,
cooked in fragrant coconut drain. It is so wealthy, delicious and bursting with

Method
Wash the rice with cold water,

To a medium-sized pot, heat up
your oil on medium heat and throw in your chopped red onions. Fry until the
